Garylene D. Javier is a Regulatory Attorney in the Washington, DC office of Buckley Sandler LLP where she assists financial services clients in a variety of federal and state regulatory compliance matters including workplace cultural compliance. Ms. Javier is currently pursuing her certification in privacy (CIPP/E and CIPM). Ms. Javier has an active pro bono practice where she provides legal counsel related to economic development, small business initiatives, and domestic violence.

 

Ms. Javier is also the Vice President of Programs and Operations and Scholarship Chair for the National Filipino American Lawyers Association.

Ms. Javier received her M.B.A. from Cornell University, her LL.M. from American University, her J.D. from the Appalachian School of Law, and her B.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
